Redd White is the CEO of Bluecorp, a "information gathering" company. Bluecorp gathers information on people (Usually of high power like law enforcement) and uses it to blackmail them. Because of this, Redd is basically untouchable. Redd was one of the main reasons behind the fall of the Feys, leaking that there was use of spirit mediums in the DL-6 indcident to discredit the Fey clan. Originally, Turnabout Sisters was going to be the first case of the game. Shu Takumi wanted the first villain to be tough, so the character designers gave White broad, intimidating shoulders and a position of power in the law world. In the Japanese and Spanish versions of the game, Redd sprinkles in misused English in his sentences.

Although Redd doesn't appear for long, he's sort of grown on me especially with his design! I don't have much to say about him, but I would like to know a bit more about him, like how he got his position of power.
