Blaise Debeste was former Chief Prosecutor and later the Chairman for the P.I.C
(Prosecutorial Investigation Committee) He is also the father of Sebastian Debeste.
Although not much is known about him before the events of AAI2, he talks about making people "disappear"
including his wife and a detective he knew. He had parts in the IS-7, DL-6, and SS-5 Incidents.
Blaise conspired with Patricia Roland and the body double of Zheng Fa's president, Di-Jun Huang,
for multiple criminal activites. Blaise also planted Patricia as a warden in a prison. Blaise also hosted
black market auctions in the P.I.C meeting room but his identity was hidden, he was found out mostly by
a mysterious skull shaped burn mark on his chin which is hidden by a fake beard he wears.
Its unknown why he has this scar.
Blaise only appears in AAI2, he is mentioned in other games, but not by name.
He is not in the anime, pachinko, or live action movie.
